Health Guarantee

Our puppies are raised in a family environment.  They are dewormed and fed nutritious puppy food after they are weaned.  All our puppies are examined and given their first set of vaccinations at 6 weeks. The buyer has 3 days from the day he receives the puppy to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian. The request to return the puppy for a full refund must be made within 24 hours following the examination and only if the puppy is proven to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided. We will refund the cost of your puppy if it is diagnosed with a life inhibiting genetic disease diagnosed by two unassociated  veterinarians within the first two years of life.

This guarantee is contingent upon the following conditions.

A warranty against serious life altering genetic disease is in effect until the puppy is two years old. If a genetic disease is found during that time that will greatly alter the quality of life or shorten the life span of the puppy, seller will provide buyer with a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer is not required to return the puppy.

 This warranty will be void if the buyer allows the dog to become overweight or if the developing joints were overly stressed during the first year. If during this first year the puppy is diagnosed with moderate or severe hip dysplasia and proof is provided by documentation from OFA or PennHip, seller will provide a replacement or full refund of purchase price after seller has confirmed the results of the diagnosis.

Buyer is to provide puppy with nutritious food, regular exercise, regular bathing and grooming. Buyer is also required to provide good health care including but not limited to vaccines, prevention of heartworms, parasites, and fleas and ticks. If any of preceding preventative health care has not been maintained and documented by veterinarian records and provided to seller, the health warranty will be void.

Seller is not in any way liable to the buyer or a third party for consequential supplemental or special damages related to the puppy.

Seller cannot guarantee the size, color, coat type, or shedding of any puppy. Any prediction is based solely on the experiences of previous buyers.

Upon execution of this contract all veterinary costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
